How to use DBH

DBH is designed to take you from property discovery to your next conversation in a few clear steps. You can browse publicly, while account features such as saved properties require sign-in.

01

Open the DBH marketplace

Start at the home page or go directly to Properties. Use the main search or the marketplace filters to narrow what you are looking for. You can also jump directly to Land for Sale or Commercial Property.

02

Search by location, property type or property ID

Use the property marketplace to search by a location such as Lagos, Ogun, Lekki or Ikorodu, choose a property type, and enter a minimum or maximum price. You can also search using a DBH property code when one is available.

03

Open a property listing

Select a property card to view the full listing. Review the title, price, location, provider information, property code, gallery and available verification details before making an enquiry.

04

Save properties you want to compare later

Use the heart button on a property card or property page to save a listing. Saved properties are kept per DBH account and browser on your device, so you can return to Saved properties later.

05

Send an enquiry

From a listing, choose the enquiry/contact option. Include your name, email, phone number and what you want to know. Property-specific enquiries can identify the listing automatically so DBH can understand the context.

06

Use Customer Care

The headset icon appears throughout the site. Open it to message DBH Customer Care. Signed-in customers can send messages through the DBH support system; visitors can use the provided contact route.

PROPERTY SEARCH

Finding and understanding properties

Use the marketplace as your discovery layer. Always review the complete listing and verification information before taking important property decisions.

A

Search by location

Enter a state, city, area or other relevant location in the search/filter controls. The site may use location information only when you explicitly allow the relevant browser permission.

B

Filter by property type

Choose the category that matches your need. DBH currently groups opportunities around homes/properties, land and commercial property.

C

Compare prices

Use minimum and maximum price filters or sort results from low to high or high to low. Currency options are available in the DBH interface where supported.

D

Use the property code

A listing may have a DBH property code such as DBH-XXXXXXXXXX. Keep the code in your enquiry when asking about a specific listing.

E

Review the provider

Check who is presenting the listing, including any provider verification information shown on the page. Verification status can help you interpret what has been reviewed.

F

Open the full listing

Use the property page rather than relying only on the card. The full page is where additional details, gallery content, verification information and enquiry options can appear.

TRUST & REVIEW

Understanding verification

Verification status is information about the review state of a listing. It should not be treated as a substitute for independent legal, title or professional due diligence.

A listing marked Verified Property or showing verification information has a review state recorded by DBH. A listing marked Verification pending has not reached that state. Demo listings and test records are not evidence of real-world title or ownership.

Verified

Use the listing's displayed verification information to understand that DBH has recorded it as verified.

Pending

Pending means the listing has not reached the displayed verified state. Treat it accordingly when evaluating the opportunity.

Demo / test records

Demo properties or documentation used for development are clearly described and should never be interpreted as proof of legal ownership.
