Enter your account email
Enter the email address associated with your DBH account and submit the recovery request.
Check your inbox
Look for the DBH password recovery message. Also check spam or junk folders if it does not appear in the main inbox.
Open the secure recovery link
Use the link from the recovery message. Do not forward recovery links to other people.
Enter a new password
Choose a new password with at least eight characters. A unique passphrase is preferable to a short or reused password.
Confirm the password
Enter the same new password in the confirmation field.
Update the password
Select Update password and wait for the authentication service to complete the change.
Sign in again
Return to the DBH Sign In page and use the new password. If the recovery link has expired, request a fresh one.
